Tasks

The mission will be to perform an Assistance to Project Management, Central Administration & Support of the training tools selected by the Training Dept for its Training Network, and more specifically on:
– 1 Learning Management System
– 1 Scheduling software

This mission includes the following activities:

– central Administration & Support to Training Centers of Airbus Helicopters Network, including but not limited to:
o user access management,
o creation/update of global & common structure / templates / reports,
o training, support and mentoring of Local Administrators,
o upload and management of training content into LMS,
o monitoring of data usage and tool’s performance,
o support of local users on use of the Training tools,

– assistance to Project Management
o manage activities related to the design, development and deployment of the approved Training Tools (incl. new functionalities) according to Training Department’s needs and strategy,
o project scheduling and Budget follow-up
o manage continuous improvements of the Training Tools based on change requests / tools evolutions, according to:
– Training Department’s needs, standards and requirements,
– Training Centers’ feedback loop,
– Suppliers’ systems upgrades / new features.
o manage LMS integration with online services, such as Web Portal or Airbus connected services,
o be the main interface with IM Dept on IT aspects (e.g. interfaces with other tools, IM security),

– harmonization of the Training Tools within the Training Network
o define and communicate common guidelines and Best Practices
o define and communicate applicable Business Processes related to efficient use of the Training tools,
o monitor deployment practices through the Training Network,
o validate local solutions before Go Live,

– reporting & Monitoring
o reporting to EST and main stakeholders of the projects
o monitor tools’ usage and performance,
o provide other reports on demand,

Skills

Profile :
– Engineer degree or BAC+5 (Master 2) equivalent in Electronic, mechanic, aeronautic or industrial IT

Technical skills mandatory :
– Experience in IM / IT Tools administration
– Experience in Project Management of IT projects,
– Ideally knowledge and/or experience in tool development / Interfaces between tools,
– Experience with CornerStone LMS would be a plus,
– Knowledge of Airbus Helicopters environment would be a plus,

Soft Skills :
– Fluent in English / French mandatory, German would be a plus
– Good communication skills,
– Creativity and innovation mind
– Autonomy
