AMASIS (Aircraft Maintenance and Spares Information System) is the integrated technical management software used by the departments and services involved in aeronautical maintenance.

Thanks to a comprehensive and reliable information system, all departments / services (technical office, engineering & planning, procurement, stores, workshops and production) in charge of the proper functioning of the maintenance work in synergy are working as a team.

Each actor has their own information from the enriched and controlled data of the other technical departments in order to optimise aircraft maimtenance.

A modular architecture: The software package consists of 14 distinct and complementary modules which can be installed gradually according to customer needs. Each customer can thus benefit from a product adapted to their needs while using a standard software package.

SIMfia SOLUTIONS

SIMFIA is a software package that, based on the knowledge and functional analysis of an equipment, product or system, can be used to analyse and simulate its overall behaviour and automate R.A.M.S. studies. SIMFIA integrates a modeling process to simplify its handling.

Thanks to the integration of the AltaRica language, SIMFIA allows fine modeling of the behaviour of a system faced with failures and to obtain automatically relevant information from Monte Carlo simulations. SIMFIA is able to identify all failure combinations that lead to a particular situation (the sequencing of these breakdowns also provides additional precision).

SIMlog SOLUTIONS

Based on the definitions of the physical and functional components, the geographic support tree, reliability and maintainability data as well as the maintenance policy, SIMlog helps the logistician in the implementation of the elements of the logistics support for one or more high-tech repair systems.

The SIMlog kernel describes the system and associated support systems and enables the evaluation of operational performance (operational readiness).

SIMlog offers three modules based on the core of the tool:

  • OPTIM-STOCK: This is an inventory optimisation module used to allocate initial inventory of spare parts to meet the availability targets for each operational site while minimising initial acquisition costs. This module allows to take into account the structure of the support system; Reliability data, logistic delays (MTA, MTT, MCTR, etc.) and the necessary resources (personnel, equipment),
  • COST: Conducting global cost analyses (Life Cycle Cost and Support)
  • LORA: Optimisation of repair and spares policy with regard to overall cost of ownership and operational readiness.
